Arundel Hot Court is in a stunning location, high in the hills between Petworth and Pulborough it commands a breathtaking view which is a constant source of interest as it is always changing. It is a place of real peace and quiet and yet a few minutes from Pulborough Station. The house is beamy with loads of character, stylish decorated and not at all prissy with an interesting and eclectic mix of pictures on the walls. We want people to enjoy staying with us as much as we would our personal guests; we are relaxed with them and want them to be relaxed with us and our animals. 
We are a small family run B&B Secluded off-road parking to the rear of house. Full English/ vegetarian by arrangement, We are only 15 min walk in to the centre of chichester or a short drive to most of the local attractions i.e. Goodwood, theatre, hospital, retail park and city centre. there is a credit card charge of 4%. There is no charge for Delta and Debit cards.
Luxury 4 star Silver Award B&B in character Georgian house next to Goodwood Estate, 3 miles from Chichester. Recommended in Good Hotel Guide. All rooms have modern en-suite shower rooms. Lovely garden, ample parking. Some rooms are up 2 flights of stairs - we are very happy to carry your luggage for you. Varied breakfast menu using local food where available - try the muffins with scrambled egg and smoked salmon, or the American pancakes with bacon and maple syrup for a change. Pub serving good local food 2 minutes walk. Welcoming hosts with local knowledge of places to visit. Lovely walks starting from the house. Well behaved children welcome in family room - child supplement payable for 5 - 12 years at quarter of room price, 12 years on at half of room price.
Not just a room for the night but a suite that provides for relaxation, or total privacy for the business visitor. The suite measures 9m x 5m and is light and airy with distant views to the hangers part of the South Downs National Park. A king size double bed with memory foam mattress is provided with an en suite shower room that includes a walk in shower. The sitting area has two sofas and includes a flat screen TV with freeview services and a DVD player. Internet connection is provided either with Wi Fi or Cable connection. We provide on site parking and/ or lock up garaging facilities. Bikes are also available to explore the local area. Petersfield is a bustling town with mainline train services to London and Portsmouth. We are just five minutes from the Station and High Street where there is a variety of restaurants and many traditional pubs. For recreation we are a short walk from The Heath where a 69 acre area of grass and heathland is set around a 22 acre pond. The Queen Elizabeth Country Park is a short drive providing plenty of walking and cycling routes and the South Downs Way also runs through the area. The Meon Valley is also a short disatnce away.
